In this quote, Thomas Merton echoes our belief. It is in our community name, Suncoast Center for SPIRITUAL LIVING. We are about living a spiritual life, a conscious life. When we live this way we can know what the spiritual teachers and masters of every cultures and traditions tell us: through spiritual practices we can experience transformation.

There are seven spiritual practices that we embrace and teach as a basis to living a spiritual life. Of course there are many other practices that assists in the expansion of consciousness, we believe that these seven have been proven to accelerate individual spiritual awakening. In our services, classes and events we strive to provide opportunities to experience these.
